To connect people with God
and people with people.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul and all your mind and love your neighbor as yourself. This is the motivation for sharing our gifts with our neighbors, locally and across the world

The Congregation

We are part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. We believe in God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit as proclaimed in the Apostles', Nicene and Athanasian Creeds. We believe that God's grace abounds for all who seek and believe in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We are a community of people that come together with mutual faith to praise God and grow in that holy relationship. Key parts of our life together include worship, prayer, study, service and fellowship. At St. John's each person has an opportunity to gain friendships, to grow in God's love and wisdom, and to lead ministries and endeavors that will share the good news of Jesus Christ in the world.

Jared Burseth

Jared brings beautiful piano accompaniment to our worship. As a graduate student, he continues to develop his gift of music and we are blessed as he presents music in a way that helps the people worship God through Word and song. The congregation is thankful for  his leadershp and skill.

Maureen Hennig

Maureen has served as a church musician since her youth and we are blessed to have her music leadership at St. John's Lutheran Church. One of her greatest gifts is the time she takes preparing for worship each Sunday, selecting music that connects not only to the church season but to the Biblical texts that will be the focus of the day. We are grateful for her talent on the organ and keyboard as she helps those who worship connect with God's Word.

Pastor Diane Greble

Pastor Greble began serving Christ's church at St. John's Lutheran of Fowlerville in 2011. She enjoys all aspects of ministry, especially worship and music and one-on-one sharing about what God is up to in the lives of people. In addition she values greatly the ministries of hospitality, and education.

Prior to receiving a call to ministry from St. John's, she served as pastor at Bethany Lutheran Church in Kaleva, Michigan. Before becoming an ordained leader, she spent sixteen years working as an art director and graphic designer with various companies in the Ann Arbor area. She received a Masters of Divinity degree from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio, although she is a lifelong "Michigander" to the core. She is married to Ken and has two adult stepdaughters.

Since arriving at St John's Lutheran, Pastor Greble has actively led our congregation in using our blessings and talents to do service in the name of God as well as growing in Christian faith and love.
